The landscaping trade is unusually cagey about numbers. Ask what a patio costs and you get “it depends” — which is true, and also a way of avoiding the question until someone is standing in your driveway.
These guides put the numbers down. No — they are Long Island market ranges, gathered from what other contractors and suppliers publish openly. Your quote depends on your property. The ranges are here so you can tell whether a number you have been given is reasonable.
How often are they updated?
Prices move, and the regulations occasionally change. These were compiled in September 2026 and we revise them when something material shifts.
Why publish costs at all?
Because “it depends” wastes everybody’s time. If our number is going to be outside your budget you should be able to work that out before booking an appointment.
